PURPOSE:To obtain hot water heated at predetermined temperature even at the time of rain by constructing a heat storage tank connected to a heat collector in which heat medium oil is filled and provided with a hot-water exhaust port for an air conditioner, a hot-water exhaust port for hot-water supply and an auxiliary heat source. CONSTITUTION:The heat collector 1 in which incombustible heat medium oil 2 is filled absorbs the radiation heat from the sun 3 to heat the water in the heat receiving tube 1c arranged in the heat collector 1. The hot water thus heated is introduced into the heat storage tank 4 and stored in the tank 4. In this case, the tank 4 is composed in a heat insulating structure with heat insulating material, and an auxiliary heat source 5 such as, for example, a heater is disposed therein. When a predetermined quantity of hot water is stored in the tank 4, the hot water is fed via a pump 12 to an auxiliary boiler 6.
