PURPOSE:To make possible oxygen enriching of good workability and efficiency by mounting a revolving shaft mounted with rotators to the bearings provided on the circumferential edge of a basin, water tank or the like, and driving the rotators to rotatively move respective discs etc. into air and water. CONSTITUTION:A revolving shaft 3 mounted with plural discs, honeycomblike porous plates, porous drums or rotators 2 combined with these is mounted to the bearings 9 provided on the circumferential edge of a basin or water tank 1 and the shaft 3 is revolved at a low speed with a motor 5. The rotator 2 rotatively moves in air and water W to carry the air into the water and carry out the water into the air, thereby causing air-water mixing. If the spacing 21 between the end 22 of the rotators 2 and the tank 1 is made suitably narrow, the water flows in through-holes 4, 12, 14 and enters the next water well 28, and by repeating this, it is agitated and mixed and is thereby enriched with oxygen.
