PURPOSE:To enable the transmission of DC component while keeping stable self- synchronism, by inserting the bit having the bit with opposite logic level as this DC component, in the DC component with a given interval. CONSTITUTION:When the DC component is formed with continuous bit of the same logic level in m-bit or more, immediately after consecutive m-bit, this m-bit C is inserted and transmission is made while keeping the self-synchronism. Further, at the reception side, the DC component with the bit more than consecutive m-bit is reproduced by removing the inserted bit C.
