ANTIIBITING MEASURE OF WASTE PRODUCTS IN COMPACTOR

PURPOSE:To prevent biting by waste products and allow a forcing ram to move smoothly with a small thrust force, by providing anti-biting rollers at an upper part neighbouring a pushing-out port of a compactor main body, wherein the lower surfaces of rollers face on an opening and closing surface of a forcing ram. CONSTITUTION:As a stretchable cylinder 8 contracts, a forcing ram 5 moves backward and an inlet port 3 communicates to an inside of a compactor main body 1, so that waste products in a hopper 4 drop into the main body 1. Then the cylinder 8 stretches itself, so a force plate 5 moves forward, pushing waste products into a container B through a pushing-out port 2 and an entrance port 17. Thereupon, when anti-biting rollers 9 provided at the upper part neighbouring the pushing-out port 2 rotate counterclockwise, the waste products which tend to be bitten between the upper part of the main body 1 and opening-closing surface 7 of the forcing ram 5, will be pushed forward. Even if bitten, the forcing ram 5 is moved to and fro lightly by a small thrust force of the cylinder 8 without excessive resistance, thereby improving the loading efficiency of waste products considerably.
