OUTTOFFMACHINE WORKING METHOD IN SCREWWDOWN WORKING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To expand the function of equipment and work the large-sized work outside the machine by interposing an overhung beam between a working table and a lower anvil. CONSTITUTION:In case out-of-machine working center Y-Y' positions within a bed 5, an overhung beam 12 is placed on a working table 6, and a lower anvil 13 of a rectangular block shape is placed on this beam 12, positioned right under the out- of-machine working jig 7. The work A is placed on this lower anvil 13 so that the screw-down force W2 by the out-of-machine working jig 7 is supported by the bed 5. The screw-down force W2 is given by receiving the screw-down force W of a screw-down head body 2 by the hydraulic cylinder 10 of a screw-down working machine body 1 in the working table 6 by means of a horizontal frame member 3 by way of a supporting bed 4 and transmitting the reaction of the screw-down force W1 to said supporting bed 4 to the out-of-machine working jig 7 by way of the horizontal frame member 3.
