MOLDING MACHINE FOR EXTRUSION COATING OF RUBBERRPLASTIC MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To prevent forming of die tailings on the side face of a molding die at the outlet portion of the same, by ejecting lubricating material onto the side face of the molding die of an extrusion-coating molding machine. CONSTITUTION:In an extrusion-coating molding machine, in which rubber-plastics material extruded through the space between nipple 1 and molding die 2 is continuously extrusion-cated around wire members 5 which are fed longitudinally through the inside of nipple 1, there is provided additionally a lubricating-oil supplying pipe 11 having one end located in groove 12 formed in side face 20 of die 2 at the outlet side thereof and the other end connected to a lubricating-oil supply means 22. From the lubricating-oil supply means 22, lubricant 22 is carried through supply pipe 11 and ejected onto the side face 20 at the outlet side of molding die 2, so that the side face 20 is always coated with lubricant. Thus, it is enabled to prevent sticking of die tailings to the side face 20. Here, it is preferable to use silicone oil, silicone grease or the like for the lubricant 22 and to eject the same in a state heated to about 100-200 deg.C.
