Adhesive closure for throw-away hygienic article - has flexible strip with two adhesive areas on one and anti-adhesive layer on other side

The arrangement is intended as closure for use with a throw- away hygienic article such as a surgical apron or a babys napkin. It comprises a flexible carrier strip having two spaced self-adhesive areas on one side whilst the other side is provided with an adhesion-repellent layer. One adhesive area is affixed to one part of the article whilst the remainder of the strip is twice folded through 180 deg. so that the other adhesive area is in contact with the said layer until such time when it is unfolded for affixing to the other part of the article.
