Projections 19 are provided at intervals along the folds 3, 14 and prevent excessive folding so that projections 16 may firmly engage the apertures 18. Lid 2 has inspection holes 10 in a sunken lid section 7 between gable portions 6. Projections 12 on section 7 engage bearing surfaces 11 on pillars 5 defining pockets 4.
