The combined anti-refilling and pouring device for a bottle consists of a tubular casing (1) with a smaller diameter extension (1A) which has inward radial fins (5) providing a clear axial passage at their inner tips. At the opposite end of the casing an annular flange (2) projects inwardly beyond the fins and a ring has fins (3) extending axially from one end face. These fins are radial with respect to the ring axis and their ends remote from the ring are connected to a disc with a diameter less than the outside diameter of the ring. The ring is located within the casing with the fins abutting the fins of the extension to form a cage. A valve is located within the cage and a radially compressible sleeve encircles the casing.
