Method for Separating a mixture of Ortho - Cloronitrobenceno food which comprises at least one cloronitrobenceno and Ortho isomer of cloronitrobenceno.The process comprises contacting, in condition of adsorption, mixed with an adsorbent comprising a Zeolite type or X type and in the positions that contains one or more cationic Exchangeable cations selected from Group Ia, IIA of the periodic system and Transition Metals. Zeolites adsorb selectively the desired Compound with the exclusion of the other Isomers.This recovers the Ortho Cloronitrobenceno high purity. These zeolites consist of SiO4 tetrahedra interconnected by focusing on the Aluminum Oxygen Atoms located at the Vertex.
