ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSUREAn improved trigger mechanism particularlyuseful with a rotating frame animal trap, the presenttrigger mechanism comprises a rotary universal jointwhich allows angular displacement of the triggermechanism about a frame of the trap on which saidtrigger mechanism is pivotally carried. Free endsof spaced prongs extending from the trigger mechanismtoward the interior of the trap contact an animalentering the trap from any direction, sufficient forcecaused by such contact angularly displacing thetrigger mechanism to spring the trap.- 1 -
