Prolonged stabilization (at least one month) of working reagent solutions of NADH (or NADPH) and of enzyme solutions, including both those used in measurement of enzymes and those in which enzymes are included for measurement of a non-enzyme substance, and stabilization of combinations thereof in certain assay systems.
