Block copolymers having compatibilizing properties for blends of olefin polymer and nitrile rubber, and compositions comprising such copolymers and blends

The physical properties of blends of olefin polymer and nitrile rubber are improved by the addition of a compatibilizing amount of a block copolymer comprising nitrile rubber- compatibilizing segments and olefin polymer-compatibilizing segments, which segments may themselves be derived respectively from nitrile polymers and olefin polymers containing graft-forming functional groups. In preferred compos- itionsthe nitrile rubber is cured.
