The central station consists of a set of collectors (C1, C2, C3,...), each placed in a location where the collecting of information is required, and interconnected from the processing point or central processor, in order to ensure the transfer of the information (I) gather by each collector, through two communication lines, one (A) for transmission from the central processor and one (B) for reception, to the central processor (T).
