Swimming-pool water circulation and filtering plant - reversing circulation when non-operational with withdrawal through bottom openings

The purpose is to ensure removal of solids sinking to the bottom without employing special suction apparatus, in a system where water is constantly circulated via a filtering plant, preceded by a swell-water container for displaced water, with filtered water flowing into the pool, while the bath is in use, through a series of openings distributed over the whole bottom of the pool. When the pool is not in use the circulation system is reversed, so that the circulating water is withdrawn through these openings, and carried back to the pool after flowing through the filtering plant. Thorough cleaning of the pool bottom is simplified.
