Multiple parabolic section fluorescent lamp reflector - has double humped part and upwardly sloping sides between main parabolic sections

The reflector for a fluorescent lamp is trough shaped, open at the bottom and with the lamp tube (3) positioned near the top. In cross section, the trough has two parabolic shaped side parts (1, 1') with a double humped part (2, 2') in the centre, forming part of the top, between two end parts (4, 4') which slope upwards and outwards to the upper tips (11, 11') of the side parts. The junctions between the ends and the sides formed by these tips form straight lines (T, T1) with the lower tips (12, 12') of the sides, which are at the same time tangential to the lamp tube.
