The spray arrangement has a connection to a water supply and a hose leading to a preferably rigid nozzle body. The hose has an elastic portion where its inner cross-section is restricted, and which allows free pivoting movement. The restricted portion can be formed by a kink in the hose, which needs to be flexible at this point only, or by deformation of the hose, or by insertion of an elastic ring. The hose may be mounted in a housing, giving sufficient room for free pivoting movement.
