Underground mining conveyor belt transport installation - formed into double rolls and transporter frame with carriage movable on rails with unit connected to drive system

The installation has each winding roll fitted with a core with a bore to take a winding shaft the projecting ends of which are used as their bearing. The unit includes a transporter frame (1) made from profiled iron beams, the length beams of which have bearings (6) providing a rotatable hold of the winding shafts for each separate winding roll (4,5). There are head bolts on the front surface of the beams used for the bearing of the transporter frame (1). In addition there is a movable carriage running on rails laid transverse to the band axis which has two bearings (14) open at the top into which the transporter frame can be inserted so that the winding shafts of both rolls lie in a plane parallel to the rails of the carriage. Finally there is a chain drive positioned on the rail track of the carriage (11) and connectable with the ends of the winding shafts.
