Trolley-bus with energy feedback via hydrostatic system - supplies braking pressure energy to hydraulic store with converter and pump with motor

The trolley-bus incorporates a system for hydrostatic recovery of braking energy. It is able to travel a long distance without drawing power from the overhead lines. The braking energy is in the form of pressure energy which is transmitted to the hydraulic store supplied by a hydrostatic converter. The energy can be transmitted to the driving axle, or drive wheel, or the vehicle. The drive axle or drive wheel is only driven by the hydrostatic converter. The hydraulic store is charged by the hydraulic pump. This is achieved either via the gears or used to supply an electric motor.
