摘要
Twin coils consisting of normal and turned windings for disc coil windings of transformers and reactors are produced by winding a normal coil, measuring the necessary conductor length and marking the coil end. The same length is wound as an upturned winding. At the end of the latter, a Z-shaped offset forms the transition for the next coil. The extra turns on the normal coil are turned and laid as a turned winding against an angle. A Z-shaped offset leads from the normal winding to a plunge winding which is finally tightened from outside. The risk of damage to the conductor insulation is reduced. A normal coil (1) is first wound and its end is marked. For the turned winding (5) the same length as was required for a normal winding is wound on the normal coil (1), followed by a Z-shaped offset (6) on the conductor for the next normal coil. This section is relaid, tightened by a bracket, and a further Z-shaped offset leads from the normal to the next unturned winding.
