Roll orientation changing system - uses two conveyor belts with second belt moving at twice speed of first

The method of raising rolls supplied by a conveyor band lying down on an axial direction by tipping the rolls up and placing them on to a second conveyor band. The roll wound with track material (2) is placed without any obstacle on to the second conveyor band (4) rotating at a higher speed and is subsequently raised up by swivelling round its rear edge. The second coveyor band moves at about twice the speed of the first. The rolls are placed on to the first conveyor band (1) at a distance from each other equivalent to about 10-20 % of their dia.
