Firmly mounted U-shaped attachment units at the ends of a tubular section provide retention on two opposite long sides in a bolt for supporting the boards of a working stage on a tubular steel scaffolding structure. One shank (6) of one of its attachment units (3) partially engages below one longitudinal truss (9). The shanks (4,5) of the other unit (2) are slightly inclined outwards. The shanks (5,7), to which the tubular section (1) is fastened, may be extended downwards by more than double the long truss (8,9) thickness. With no need for a wedge, this prevents unintentional lifting and sideways displacement.
