Multipurpose measuring device with linear rule - has levelling capsule and rotary inclination indicator on opposite sides

The device can be used as a sheet marker, a carpet cutting tool, a marking out device or a measuring ruler. It comprises an aluminium or plastics ruler with a linear scale along one longitudinal edge and with at least one cutting blade sliding along it projecting from the opposite longitudinal edge. A liquid levelling capsule and a rotary inclination indicator are attached to opposite faces of the ruler halfway along it. A plastics or wood handle is attached to the ruler via a fixing strap so as to project perpendicularly from it.
