Following alignment into a vertical position, a room cell unit, such as shower cubicle or other sanitary room, is fixed on an unfinished floor or other substructure by application of a layer of viscous single-component polyurethane resin, hardening of in moisture between its support surfaces and the substructure. The latter has, or is given, moisture content exceeding that of air, and/or water is initially added to the resin, which then foams and sets hard under the effect of the moisture. Varnishing material, with pref. 1% water mixture, may be used. Cell fixture is quick and simple.
