The arrangement is intended for a central heating system, using hot water, in which the water drain system uses an earthenware or concrete duct. The combined water supply and discharge duct is horizontally partitioned, forming a lower and an upper chamber. The lower chamber is intended for drain water, while the upper one retains a heat rail and the cold water system. The heat rail consists of a forward delivery and the return branches. Preferably the upper chamber is formed by an inserted hood. The forward delivery branch may be coupled to the cold water system by heat pumps, with similar connection to the upper chamber air volume. The cold water system may be coupled to solar energy collectors.
