Window wing ventilating setting and fixing mechanism - has spring and cross acting brake acting on blocking slide, and release handle

The blocking slide is held under the action of the spring, or similar setting force, in the functional piece which guides it, towards its stoo position. It is used in a system for fixing window or door wings in a ventilating position. It also has a transversely effective, spring-activated braking device. The retaining force of this is greater in the slide's rest position than the setting force acting on it. A release handle, acting against the retaining force, is provided for the slide and/or braking device. This is inaccessible from outside, but easily operated, and can be pre-set for automatic action.
