Igloo shaped prefabricated house for emergency use - made of plastic foam filled compact shells with heating and cooling system

A prefabricated house in the shape of an igloo consists of a dome with an antechamber and a double flat floor. All walls are made of two outside layers of mortar or a mixt of a one- or multi-component polyurethane cpd, with the space between them filled by a cellular plastic layer e.g. a crosslinked two- component polyurethane foam of e.g. four times the thickness of the outside layers. The hollow bottom serves as a water reservoir, with a pump which can pass the water heated by a solar heat collector on top through coils in the dome and in the floor. A compressor in the antechamber is a part of a cooling system which is laid in the dome and in the floor. Such a prefabricated house is ideal for emergency accommodation in case of natural catastrophes and is suitable for all climates.
