Roof or cover glazing providing unbroken light - has elastic sealant for narrow gaps between safety glass panes, without bars

Max. daylight and solar radiation are admitted in glazing for roofs or other covers, esp. on greenhouses, halls, solar installations, stairwells, interior courtyards etc. Use is made of panes (12) of safety glass, without bars, arranged in a row at an interval (a), providing a gap (26) of a few mm. between pane edges (24). The gaps are sealed with a permanently elastic sealing substance. Multi-pane insulation glazing may be used. Panes may be held at two opposite edges (14, 18).
