A portable vessel shaped like a bag for collecting solid wastes detrimental to the environment, such as garbage, comprises at least a glove or a protection for the fingers (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d), packaged or not, easily detachable for a hygienic contact with the waste and of which the removal allows the collection. The particular embodiments comprise side filling areas, a side handle, additional pocket shaped compartments for cleaning rugs and desinfection means. The bag is manufactured alone, grouped into detachable blocks or formed from a continuous tubular material.
