Transfer appts. is for pieces of dough which are placed in the pendulum trays of the fermentation chamber from an endless conveyor belt, running parallel to the charging opening; the belt cn be stopped and tipped sideways so that the pieces of dough fall by gravity into the trays which pass successively behind the opening. Appts. allows the max. load to be charged into each tray of the fermentation chamber whatever the weight of the pieces of dough.
