A vertically elongated rectangular mounting plate (13) has three horizontal slots (14, 15, 16) opening out on one edge, the intermediate flaps being rolled over to form guides (18, 19, 20) for a vertically displaceable spring (23) loaded rod (24). A cantilever plate (25) is fixed to the head of the rod to provide support for a mono flanged roller (27) also inc. lateral cheeks (25b) which prevent rod rotation. A flanged cup (22) in the roller remote sleeve (20) retains the spring, and a radial screw (21) engages a reduced rod section (24a) to prevent axial escape.
