The horticultural frame comprises a series of vertical supports driven into the ground forming a wall and roof structure and a main cross-bar. The framework is covered with a sheet of flexible, translucent plastics material. Between the regularly spaced vertical supports are fixed horizontal bars which form an adjustable array of flower holder supports. The horizontal bars are notched to form seats for further bars from which are draped lengths of thin, translucent plastics webbing. This webbing forms a trough holding the soil and plants and enables the roots and earth to be warmed up by the ambient air.
