The motor is of a turbine construction powered by Helium Gas derived from liquid Helium expanded into a secondary reservoir. The heat source could be from solar radiation and the cold source from the absence of solar radiation. To obtain balanced running of the two flywheels, three eccentric, ellipsoidal, gear wheels are used. To each outer gear wheel shaft is attached a flywheel. The centre wheel drives the outer wheels and permits the rotation of the flywheels with variable rotational angular speeds.
