The clip is used to isolate locks of hair for bleaching and consists of a hollow cup (10) made in two parts (11, 12) which can be separated or locked together. The cup has the form of a cylinder closed at one end by a flat surface (23) with a small central opening (22). Each part is semi-cylindrical and one part (11) has a lip along one rectilinear edge (13) which engages in a corresponding groove (14) in the edge of the other part (12). The other rectilinear edges have a hinge (15) held together by a pin (16).
