The cones are lined with wear reinforcements (1, 5), and these comprise a pressure casing (7) and a screw (10) provided with a flange (11) and placed in the cone's (4) central area. The pressure casing is fitted under the top end surface (6) on the wear reinforcement (5), and is supplied with projecting parts (8). The flanges (11) have threaded holes and a track (14) to accommodate these projecting parts (8).
