The installation comprises a storage tank, supplied with hot and cold water controlled by a pressure valve. This water is circulated by a pump, the first operation consisting of a tank pre-rinse. This water is waste and passes into the drains. This drain valve is closed for subsequent washing and rinsing operations, the water being pumped back into the tank for re-use, using a second pump. A by-pass from this line allows any washing additive to be returned to a storage container where a syphoning action passes it into the main tank.
