Pallet bag loader conveyor - has conveyor for pallet and vibrating table to level bag layers on pallet

The bag loader consists of a conveyor (1) which conveys pallets (2) up to the loading point (4). The support stanchion (5) straddles the conveyor. The stanchion carries a table (6) which can move vertically on the stanchion. The stanchion can move sideways to a position near the pallet. The top of the pallet is fitted with a vibrating table (8), driven by an out of balance motor (9) vibrating in the vertical plane to pack the bag contents until they are level. The loading is controlled by sensors (12,13).
