The support for a medal enables both sides of the medal to be on view, and comprises a frame (1). The medal is held in a hole (2) in the frame (1) by two support peices (4), each of which has a stud (5) rotating inside a frame hole. The medal is able to rotate on one hundred and eightly degrees on the axis formed by the studs (5). The support pieces (4) have a groove into which part of the medal rests. The support pieces are made of flexible material. The hole is the same shape as, and slightly bigger in size than, the medal.
