The frame (40) secures one or more closed and demountable shallow box containers (10,20,30) by an elastic clip action. The force required to detach a container (10) is greater than that required to open the container itself. A rectangular frame (40) may use a diaphragm wall (44) and check bars (43) to provide three dished rectangular compartments of a dovetail cross section. Rectangular boxes (10,20,30), with e.g. recoil sprung side-hung lides (12), have dovetail section downstands (25) which clip into the corresponding dished compartments. The elasticity of the frame is such that it deforms to permit insertion of the downstands, and the external dimensions of the boxes may match those of the frame.
