The rotisserie for food which is automatically skewered onto it, consists of a continuous conveyor (5) formed of several spit-holders (6) connected together. The conveyor passes through three separate sections, during which the food is heated, then seasoned and then released. The feed mechanism (10) for the food, consists of a top support plate (19), and a bottom support plate (19'). The seasoning container (22) has several compartments, each with its own lid (23).
