The housing (4) has the form of a circular cylinder. It carries a screw-on tab (10) resting on the room-facing frame surface above the tilt axis (12) of the turning-joint pin (13) and the headpiece (11) carrying it. The headpiece (11) is connected to a downwardly directed block (43) which contains a continuous internal thread (44). Located behind the block (43) is an abutment plate (47), on which a screw member (46) engaging into the internal thread (44) is mounted rotatably. The abutment plate (47) and the block (43) can be anchored to the frame by means of common fastening screws (49) in their mutually spaced position determinable by the screw member (46). A joint sleeve (14) receiving a turning-joint pin (13) is connected to the bearing extension (17) of a projecting arm (18). The joint sleeve (14) contains an internal thread which is directed axis-parallel to the turning-joint pin (13) and into which can be inserted an adjustable supporting member (51) acting on the upper end (15) of the turning-joint pin (13).
