The aquatic or sub-aquatic propulsion frame has fins (4) which activate a pump. The fins have open clips that fit on to pedals (5) which are rotated to move the drive. The pedals are fitted to a case on the end of a rod (1), which can be folded for transport. A seat (2) is fixed on the rod and its position can be adapted to fit the swimmer. The rotation of the pedals produces an up and down movement of a mobile wall (7) which acts as a pump and ejects the water through a pipe (12) at the front.
