PURPOSE:To enhance durability of a packing part and to attain reduction of labor in replacing a packing by using a metal packing to a shell seal part. CONSTITUTION:Shells 1, 5 are formed into such a structure that a media 2 is interposed between the shells so as to make hermetical seal therebetween perfect and said shells are made flexible against torsion force and strong to a upward and downward direction in the interposing part and the part 1' engaged with the metal packing of the shell 1, the packing mounting part 6 of the shell 5 and the metal packing 3 are precisely processed so as to be able to hermetically seal said shells 1, 5 when the media 2 is pressed therebetween. In addition, to the lower part of the media 2, a dry cake like chips filtered out to the upper part of the media 2 after filtering is removed by rotating the media to a P direction but, because a part thereof is scattered on an oil disc 14, the oil disc 14 having a conveyor for removing said chips is provided.
