PURPOSE:To permit the excavation of ground to a fixed depth and the dropping of the excavated soil onto a desired place by attaching a soil moving base with a soil inlet port in a freely vertically moving and sifting manner to the rear of a tractor through a fitting frame with a soil introducing plate. CONSTITUTION:A soil moving base b is made up of a rising front wall 2 and a horizontal bottom wall 3. A soil inlet port 5 is formed in the central part of the frontal wall 2 of the soil moving base, and the soil moving base b is rotatably attached to one end of a L-shaped fitting frame c, and a coupling and releasing device 12 for the fitting frame c and the soil moving base b is provided at the other end of the frame c. A soil introducing plate 8 is detachably attached to the fitting frame c, the fitting frame c is attached in a freely vertically moving manner to the lift arm 13 of the tractor, and thereby the soil introducing plate 8 and the soil moving base b are vertically moved.
