PURPOSE:To prepare a ''won ton'' without the swelling out of an ingredient in cooking continuously, by placing pieces of the ingredient on a dough sheet continuously transferred at regular intervals, placing another dough sheet thereon, adhering the dough sheets around the pieces of the ingredient in the form of full or broken lines, and cutting the laminated double dough sheet. CONSTITUTION:A dough sheet 1 is transferred continuously onto peripheral (line) pressing molds 3 on an endless chain conveyor 4, and an ingredient 6 is extruded through an ingredient extruding machine 7 onto the center of the respective peripheral (line) pressing molds 3 in the form of pieces. Another dough 10 transferred at the same speed as the dough sheet 1 is then placed on the dough sheet 1 with the pieces of the ingredient 6 thereon while being transferred, and the laminated double dough sheet 13 is then pressed around the pieces of the ingredient 6 by the peripheral (line) pressing mold 3 and a roll 14 in passing under the roll 14 and adhered in the form of full or broken lines. The dough sheet 13 is then cut by a rotary cutting blade 16 to give the aimed product.
