PROCESS:A compound shown by the formula II (R2 is lower alkyl) is reacted with chlorocarbonylsulfenyl chloride, to give a compound shown by the formulaI. The reaction is carried out in a solvent, e.g., n-hexane, etc., if necessary, in the presence of a dehydrochlorinating agent.
