METHOD OF TACKING SMALL PARTS IN CONSTRUCTION OF STEEL STRUCTURE

PURPOSE:To improve working efficiency of the block assembly by tacking small members with magnetic force, and making easy to remove them. CONSTITUTION:Plural number of brackets 1 to be attached to the water tight bulkhead are previously magnetized. Separately with this, a block 5 for water tight bulkhead consisting of panel 2 for water tight bulkhead, angle material 3 as stiffner, and flat plate 3 for horizontal girder is previously constructed. Then each of plural number of breackets 1 is attached to the predetermined attaching location of the block 5 by way of the magnetic force. Then, the block 5 is transferred to the predetermined position, and then the breakets are forcibly removed against the magnetic force from the block 5, and are located to the corner portion formed by the blocks 5, 6 and 7 and are welded to connect them.
