NEW MATERIAL:Chloroethylaminopropylpolysilsesquioxane consisting of structural units of formulaI. USE:An anticancer used in the prophilaxis, therapy and tratment of various types of cancers. PREPARATION:3-(beta-Chloroethylamino)propyltriethoxysilane (new material) of formula II is obtained by reacting 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane with 1-chloro- 2-bromoethane. This compound of formula II is hydrolytically condensed to obtain a compound of formulaI.
