INJECTION METHOD OF OBJECT TO BE WEIGHTED IN AUTOMATIC QUANTITATIVE WEIGHTING APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To improve the weighting speed of the titled apparatus independently of grain size, shapes, water contents, or charging by injecting an object to be weighted forcly into a weighting hopper. CONSTITUTION:When a weight 12 is raised, an object to be weighted 29 in a tank 8 is accomodated by natural flow in a vertical cylindrical shute 5 and injection shute 4 through a feed shute 7. After lowering a shutter plate 6 to close the vertical cylindric shute 5, lowering the weight 12 to press the object to be weighted 29 and pressing the object to be measured 29 in the shutes 5 and 4 tightly, an injection gate 13 is opened, the weight 12 is lowered more deeply and the object to be weighted is pressed down to drop the object 29 into the lower weighting hopper from the injection hole 4'.
