DRUG CONTAINING ERITADENINE COMPONENT PRODUCED BY BASIDIOMYCETES BONDED WITH ALLIIN COMPONENT OR ALLICIN COMPONENT OF ALLIUM-GENUS PLANT

PURPOSE:To prepare a drug effective to hypertension and neuralgia, and free from side effects, by bonding eritadenine component produced by Basidiomycetes with alliin or allicin component existing in an Allium-genus plant. CONSTITUTION:The eritadenine component (chemical formula: C10H9O4N5) produced by Basidiomycetes, or the eritadenine component chemically synthesized according to the structural formula of the above component, is bonded with alliin (chemical formula: C6H11O3SN) or allicin (chemical formula: C6H10OS) component contained in an Allium-genus plant (e.g. garlic) or alliin or allicin component chemically synthesized according to the structural formula of the above component. The bonding ratio of alliin to eritadenin is arbitrary and either of the components acts as a carrier. when the drug is taken in the body, it is decomposed easily by the acid or enzyme in the body, and exhibits the drug action of each component. There is no side effect such as gastroenteric disturbance, anemia, etc. caused by the separate use of each component.
